Wood Creek Resort is a full ownership gated community consisting of RV Lots and Residential Home Sites.
To ensure that high quality construction is maintained within the community, the Developer has compiled and registered Architectural Guidelines for the entire Resort. Each of the neighbourhoods have specific requirements.
The home sites are located on the east side of Wood Creek with lakefront lots, lake view lots and numerous build sites that back onto a beautiful natural wooded and meadow areas.
Water’s Edge is positioned on lake front, at the end of a quiet cul-du-sac and consist of six estate size lots overlooking the lake and meadow and in close proximity to the community centre and the beach area.
The Woodland area is surrounded with community walking trail, close to premium playground and marina. Each fully serviced lot has RV parking for one unit, plus two paved parking stalls.
