Wood Creek's Design Guidelines
Investing in a home is a significant event and in order to maintain the design integrity which is present at Wood Creek Resort, the Developer created architectural guidelines to offer homeowners and builders direction and guidance during the construction process.
General Home Construction:
Residents are free to use their own home design, garage and patio design, observing the architectural guidelines put in place by the Developer. Home plans together are to be submitted for approval and homeowners must comply with municipal regulations and permitting.
- Composite plank or board & batten siding
- Brick, cultured stone cladding
- Aluminum soffits & continuous eavestrough
- Concrete driveways and sidewalks
- Exterior of all buildings to be of same colour & finish
- Ashphalt shingles with minimum warranty of 30 years
- Owners are encouraged to use indigenous trees and shrubs
